Term:

2 years (Automatic yearly contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

9.700 PHP Technology one time Fee and
2.540 PHP per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).

Additional the technology fee is either  2.540 PHP per month, or 1.890 PHP per month if paid annually up front at once.

Admin Fee:

24.500 PHP max. per year (4.900 PHP if 20-39 property units under management; 9.800 PHP if 40-59 property units under management; 14.700 PHP if 60-79 property units under management; 19.600 PHP if 80-99 property units under management and 24.500 PHP if 100 or more units under management). You can pay the admin fee in one amount or in monthly installments.

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue
(1.Year 6% from Revenue)

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month
